  • How to pick the right size for me?

    In our boutique, we have a very simple size chart for Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, and Extra Extra Large garments. 
    Besides a detailed description of each clothing model, sometimes we have a photo of the selected product with measurements written directly on the photo. So, you can measure similar goods from your wardrobe and compare them with goods from the e-shop. It's easy!

    You can pay through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay.

  • Can I pay with cash?

    As myDigFashion is an online store, we cannot accept cash payments. All purchases should be made on the website

  • What is your shipping policy?

    Orders are usually processed within 2 business days on weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.

    At this time, DigFashion ships product to the U.S. only.

  • How can I track my order?

    Following your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.

  • How can I change or cancel my order?

    For any order cancellations or changes, please contact mydigfashion@seznam.cz or click here.
    MyDigFashion e-shop does not guarantee a change or cancelation can be made following order confirmation due to the stage of package processing and delivery. Still, we will try to find a good decision for you and us.
